1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and RA Apps LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17027556; registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX; incorporated 11 February 2026; status: Active) for the Streamflex iOS app and related marketing website at https://streamflex.raapps.site (under raapps.site) (the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Streamflex you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service — guide, not a streaming platform
Streamflex is a discovery and information guide for movies and TV shows. In plain terms: Streamflex guides. Your streaming apps play.
Streamflex provides:
- Search and browse of movies and TV shows using catalogue data from the TMDB API
- Title details (e.g. overview, ratings, genres) where available
- Informational lists of OTT / streaming platforms where a title is reported as available (JustWatch-related data)
- Premium multi-region availability information via Apple In-App Purchase (optional)
Streamflex does not:
- Stream, host, download, or play full movies or TV episodes
- Replace or provide free access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV+, Max, Hulu, or other OTT services
- Provide a VPN, proxy, Smart DNS, or any tool that bypasses geo-blocks or DRM
- Collect or store passwords for third-party streaming services
- Claim affiliation with or endorsement by OTT brands solely by displaying their names for identification
Any viewing of content happens only inside third-party apps/websites that you choose, under their terms, pricing, geographic rules, and technical restrictions. You are solely responsible for complying with those third-party terms and applicable law.
3. Free features vs Premium
3.1 Free
Free users may search titles, view details, and see OTT availability information for their current region / country only (determined using device region/locale and related signals as described in the Privacy Policy).
Example: A user in Italy who opens details for a title such as Avengers can see platforms reported for Italy.
3.2 Premium (optional paid information upgrade)
Streamflex Premium unlocks the ability to view the same type of availability information for additional regions worldwide (multi-region “where is this title listed?” views).
Premium is not: free streaming, free OTT catalogues, offline movie files, or a VPN. It is paid access to additional informational listings only.
Multi-region information is provided for comparison and discovery. It is not an invitation to violate third-party terms or law. How you access third-party services is solely your responsibility.
4. Subscriptions, free trial & Apple In-App Purchase
Premium is sold through the Apple App Store using In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. RA Apps LTD does not process your card number directly.

4.2 Auto-renewal (required disclosure)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown by Apple.
- Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable, as disclosed at purchase.
- Trial eligibility is determined by Apple (e.g. one trial per Apple ID may apply).
4.3 Apple’s role
You also agree to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) reference terms and Apple Media Services Terms, as applicable to App Store distribution and billing. Our Custom EULA governs the license between you and RA Apps LTD for Streamflex. Apple is not responsible for Streamflex content or our support, except as required by Apple’s standard terms.
5. Accuracy of catalogue & availability data
- TMDB metadata and availability listings may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unavailable.
- OTT catalogues change frequently; Streamflex may lag real-world availability.
- We do not guarantee that a title will play on any listed service in any country.
- Always confirm inside the streaming app before relying on a listing.
- Third-party pricing, ads, login walls, and geo-rules are outside our control.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
6. Acceptable use
You agree you will not:
- Use Streamflex for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent Streamflex as a streaming service, free OTT access, or a VPN/geo-bypass product
- Abuse, scrape, or overload our systems or third-party APIs beyond normal app use
- Circumvent free/Premium access controls or payment systems
- Reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law allows
- Interfere with other users or the security of the Service
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Streamflex software, branding, and design are owned by RA Apps LTD or its licensors. Movie/TV titles, artwork, trademarks, and OTT brand assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery under applicable law and data-provider terms.
Subject to these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Streamflex on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by App Store Usage Rules.
8. Disclaimers, liability & indemnity
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR ACCURATE AVAILABILITY DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RA APPS LTD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF STREAMFLEX OR RELIANCE ON GUIDE INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law (including in the UK/EU) that cannot be waived by contract.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify RA Apps LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law, changes & termination
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and venues in your country of residence.
We may change features, free/Premium scope (still within the “information guide” purpose), pricing (as shown by Apple at purchase), or these Terms. Material changes will update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription through Apple.
You may stop using Streamflex and cancel Premium via Apple at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
