What is Streamflex?
Streamflex is a streaming guide — not a video player. It helps you discover movies and TV (via TMDB) and see which OTT platforms list them. Free users see availability for their region. Premium unlocks multi-region availability information only.

Free vs Premium
Free: search, title details, OTT availability in your current country.
Premium: same plus multi-region availability listings. US$1.99/month after a 7-day free trial
(where eligible), billed by Apple. Premium does not stream video or include a VPN.
How do I cancel Premium?
On your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Streamflex → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Streamflex and use Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID used to buy Premium.
Refunds
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. See Apple billing support or report a problem from your purchase history.
Availability looks wrong
Listings come from third-party data and can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm in the streaming app (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) before relying on a listing.
Privacy / delete my data
See our Privacy Policy. Email support@raapps.site with privacy requests. We do not require a Streamflex account; we mainly process support emails and technical SDK data.
